Welcome! By using the Notefish service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Notefish provides the Notefish service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, copy, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Notefish service. Using the Notefish service in relation to your business or to your job for your personal access or for the access by your co-workers, employers, employees, partners, or other parties you deal with in regard to your occupation is considered to be personal use and is allowed.
You may make screenshots of the individual screens when you use the Notefish service only for personal purposes. If you are willing to use the screenshots for commercial purposes please contact us at info@notefish.com.
You may not use the Notefish service in any way that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party.
You may not use the Notefish service to store or share any material or any links to material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially or otherwise objectionable, harmful to minors, containing viruses or other harmful software.
The Notefish service is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws. The content available to you through the advertisements on the Notefish service is protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other applicable laws. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Notefish service or any part thereof, except as described by these Terms of Use. You may not and agree not to attempt to discover any part of the service source code including but not limited to reverse engineering or viewing browser script files. You agree not to attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Notefish service. You agree not to access the Notefish service by any means other than through the interface provided by Notefish for accessing the service.

Notefish reserves the right at any time to modify, for any reason, and without notice, these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Notefish service after any changes means you agreed with the changes. Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you are informed of any changes.
Notefish reserves the right at any time to modify or terminate, temporarily or permanently, the Notefish Service (or any part of thereof) with or without notice. Notefish shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Notefish Service.
Notefish reserves the right to terminate your access to the service or remove your account with all its data at any time and for any reason.
THE NOTEFISH SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTEFISH DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE NOTEFISH SERVICE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTEFISH DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES OR GOODS ADVERTISED ON THE NOTEFISH SERVICE OR ANY LINKS PROVIDED BY THE NOTEFISH SERVICE, AS WELL AS FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH THE NOTEFISH SERVICE OR THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED BY THE NOTEFISH SERVICE.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE NOTEFISH SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS IN THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL NOTEFISH IS LIABLE TO YOU (OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MAKING CLAIMS THROUGH YOU) FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, OR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO AND TAMPERING WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR TRANSMISSIONS. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS ADVERTISED ON THE NOTEFISH SERVICE OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE NOTEFISH SERVICE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE ADVERTISED ON THE NOTEFISH SERVICE OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE NOTEFISH SERVICE.
